At Jaybear Bake Shop, our business philosophy has always been, “everyone is your neighbour, and you should love your neighbour.” as devout Christians, we’ve made it our mission to reflect Christ’s love in every business interaction, meaning we treat every customer and business partner like family. As such, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional customer service every time with no excuses. We believe in making everything we do the best we’ve ever done. We’d eventually love to spread our business model to restaurants or other franchised bakeries in Memphis, Nashville, and across Tennessee.
