Serving Local Goods With The “Jaybear Twist”

As members of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce and The Generosity Network, Jaybear Bake Shop is dedicated to helping our community grow. We’ve partnered with many local food vendors, including J. Brooks Coffee Roasters, Mimi Jo’s Gourmet Fruit Tea, and Marmilu Farms. After 2020 we all had to shift target audiences by adding new product offerings. We were blessed with not only a partnership with 1800 Flowers Fruit Bouquets/ Sharis Berries and local online farmers market, Market Wagon (Memphis and Nashville). We are pleased to announce our products will now be available at the Tennessee Tribune store in the Nashville International airport (located between Terminal C and D in the Southwest Airlines Hub. A second store located pre-security is open to the public. God has been blessing us immensely and we are so happy for the opportunity to continue serving the Bartlett and Memphis area. We continue to use local vendors like M Palazola produce. After the initial effects from COVID we have made some intentional changes such as antibacterial wipes, masks requirement, limited capacity. Using local Tennessee goods allows us to keep our costs low while guaranteeing undeniable quality and freshness for our customers. Whether it’s your first or your fiftieth time here, we know you’ll enjoy our many specialty items and homestyle favorites served with the “Jaybear twist.” That twist is, of course, our made-from-scratch treats that are both unique and affordable.
